Pilates for EVERY Body
We believe Pilates is for EVERY body. Male, Female, big, small, short, tall, aging, teen- whatever your age, body type or fitness level, whether you are training for an athletic event, recovering from an injury or illness, or just want to get in shape- Pilates is a safe and effective whole body workout.
Port City Pilates offers private and semi-private Pilates options. Private sessions allow for each session to be tailored exactly to your goals, needs and body. Semi-private sessions are recommended for those with prior experience, or if you prefer the motivating environment of working out with your friends. All sessions are by appointment only.
About Our Instruction
We use a hands-on, precision-based, but light-hearted, fun teaching style that adapts to meet the needs of each individual student. We have a therapeutic approach, that allows the benefits of Pilates to become accessible to people of all ability levels, age, size and experience. We promise you will leave each session feeling better!
